Shanxi Service Center for Scholarly Exchange

山西省出国留学人员服务中心（SSCSE）成立于1998年，是经山西省工商局正式注册，依法经营的国有一类企业，中心隶属于山西省留学人员管理委员会办公室。SSCSE也是中国（教育部）留学服务中心山西分中心，是山西目前唯一可以为留学生提供全方位且最规范的留学服务机构。

中心目前提供的服务包括：出国前准备指导、学生档案存放、留学申请、 签证办理、境外协助、回国学历认证指导、派遣证办理指导、留学生创业服务。中心自建立起，诚信为本，务实经营，认知度不断提升，事业成就得到了市场及行业同仁的一致认可。

Brief Introduction

Established in 1998, Shanxi Service Center for Scholarly Exchange(SSCSE) is a formal enterprise registered by the Shanxi Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. It operates under the jurisdiction of the Shanxi Provincial Overseas Study Personnel Management Committee Office. It is the only one in Shanxi that can provide international students with comprehensive study abroad service.

The services currently provided by SSCSE include: preparation guidance before going abroad, student file storage, application for studying abroad, visa processing, overseas assistance, certification of returning to China, dispatching certificate, and starting a business for international students. Since the establishment of SSCSE, it has been pragmatically operating, and its business recognition has been rising. Its business achievements have been unanimously recognized by the market and industry colleagues.
